Welcome to XVX Live Girls Video Call (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
• By using this App, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• If we discover or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, the account will be permanently banned without notice or appeal.

2. Purpose of the App

XVX Live Girls Video Call is a live, random one-to-one video chat platform designed for respectful, real-time conversations between adults.

Any misuse of the platform for illegal, abusive, sexual, or harmful purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

You agree to treat all users with respect. While using the App, you must not:

3.1 Harassment & Abuse

• Publish or send content that is threatening, misleading, defamatory, aggressive, racist, vulgar, insulting, violent, obscene, or pornographic.
• Bully, harass, intimidate, or demean other users.
• Use hate speech, sexist remarks, or discriminatory behavior.

3.2 Sexual & Adult Content Restrictions

The following behavior is strictly prohibited:

• Appearing naked or wearing underwear only.
• Displaying genitals, breasts, or other intimate body parts.
• Moving the camera below chest level.
• Touching oneself in a sexual manner, even through clothing.
• Making sexual gestures, explicit movements, or obscene actions.
• Asking for or suggesting virtual sex, cybersex, or sexual services.
• Using sexually explicit, vulgar, or obscene language.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1 Spam & Promotion

You may not:

• Send spam, chain messages, or repetitive content.
• Advertise products, services, websites, or other apps.
• Ask users to perform actions outside this App.
• Request contact details, photos, or social media information.

4.2 Misrepresentation & Fake Content

• You must show your real self during video calls.
• Do not use pre-recorded videos, fake images, or irrelevant content.
• Do not point your camera at screens, images, text, or other devices.
• Do not use webcam emulators or software to manipulate video feeds.

4.3 Illegal Activities

You must not:

• Share content you do not own or have rights to.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the App or other accounts.
• Offer prostitution, escort services, or any illegal services.
• Engage in or promote criminal activity of any kind.

5. Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Safety Policy

XVX Live Girls Video Call is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 18 under any circumstances.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:

• Any sexual content involving minors
• Any attempt to groom, solicit, exploit, or communicate sexually with a minor
• Any creation, distribution, possession, or discussion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any role-play, imagery, text, or behavior that implies or depicts sexual activity involving a minor

If we identify or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18 years of age, including cases where a false age has been provided during registration, we will:

• Immediately suspend or permanently ban the account
• Remove associated content and data where legally permitted
• Restrict further access to the Service

We will take prompt and appropriate action to investigate the report, delete related information where applicable, and prevent further access to the App.

We actively cooperate with relevant authorities and comply with applicable child protection laws and regulations.

6. Reporting & Moderation

If another user violates these Terms:

• You may report the user using the in-app reporting tools.
• Our moderation team reviews reports 24/7.
• Repeated violations may trigger automatic system bans.

Do not retaliate or violate rules in response to another user. Doing so may result in action against your own account.

7. Enforcement & Termination

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in:

• Warnings
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account ban without prior notice

Serious violations (including CSAE, sexual misconduct, hate speech, or underage use) will result in immediate permanent termination with no option for recovery.

8. Disclaimer of Responsibility

While we take strong measures to maintain a safe platform:

• We cannot guarantee the behavior of all users.
• We are not responsible for user-generated content.
• You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
